1 General Provisions

kxu8 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online entertainment and betting service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the kxu8 website (kxu8.cam) and all associated services.

3.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person, or multiple accounts used by members of the same household from the same device or IP address, may be subject to review.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on kxu8 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The bonus amount must be used within the specified time from the date it is received.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, a wager of 10 times the total (deposit + bonus) must be completed.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• This bonus will only be given once per person, device, or IP address.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 VIP Program

kxu8 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you move to higher tiers, the weekly cashback benefit increases — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond. kxu8 reserves the right to cancel or modify VIP membership.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on the kxu8 platform are accepted through an electronic system. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• kxu8 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted due to technical errors.
• For sports betting, if an event is postponed or cancelled, the relevant rules will apply.
• Any payout made on the basis of incorrect odds or a technical error may be voided.
• The results of all games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

kxu8 offers betting on various cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. Please read the specific rules for each event before placing a bet.

6.3 Casino Games

7 Prohibited Activities
